EAR PAIN
Ear pain is often caused by middle ear infections. These generally occur after or during an upper respiratory viral infection. Older children usually are able to describe ear pain, ear popping and reduced hearing. The symptoms of an ear infection in younger children and babies include irritability, disruptive sleep, fever, and poor feeding.

Ear pain can also be caused by swimmers ear and foreign bodies lodged in the ear canal.
